The SDTI Campus successfully conducted a three-day training workshop for its Counselling Diploma program from November 2nd to 4th at the SDTI Training Center. The workshop was aimed at equipping the students with advanced educational and professional skills through both theoretical and practical approaches.
The program covered various aspects of counselling techniques, leadership training, and practical activities that were meant to achieve personal and professional growth. It was these sessions that imparted immense knowledge about current counselling practices and developed their leadership qualities. The training incorporated practical exercises that allowed students to implement their learning in real-life scenarios and built their confidence in managing situations that would arise during counselling with ease.
