Workshop for Primary Teacher Training Diploma Students

Empowering Future Educators – 3-Day Training Workshop for Primary Teacher Training Diploma Students at SDTI Campus

A comprehensive three-day training workshop was recently held by SDTI University for students pursuing the Primary Teacher Training Diploma, conducted from October 4th to 6th at the SDTI Teacher Training Centre. This workshop aimed to provide a solid, practical foundation to future educators, equipping them with essential skills and innovative teaching methodologies to thrive in their professional journeys.

The workshop sessions were interactive, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on activities that allowed the students to engage with practical learning. With the use of different active learning tasks the students did not only have the chance to grasp the necessary teaching methods but they also revealed their real-time thinking to prepare for any possible conflicts that may happen during the class sessions. SDTI University sets out to ensure that its students are given a robust educational background.

The training comes as a complement to the University’s commitment in the nurture of competent and informed teachers who will take up the mantle of inspiring the upcoming generations.

With a focus on quality training and student-centered learning experiences, SDTI aims to empower students to “spread their wings with skill and purpose,” ready to make meaningful contributions to the field of education.
